The James Madison Program in American Ideals and Institutions in the Department of Politics at Princeton University promotes teaching and scholarship in constitutional law and political thought. Under the leadership of its director, Robert P. George, and with the guidance and support of an advisory board from the worlds of law, business, philanthropy and the academy, the Madison Program sponsors and guides research and teaching at the undergraduate, graduate and post-doctoral levels.
The Princeton Open Campus Coalition is an undergraduate student organization that is dedicated to fostering a campus environment at Princeton University that is free of fear and intolerance. This is done by promoting free speech and academic freedom, encouraging free inquiry, civil dialogue, and robust discussions of all matters between all Princeton affiliates.
The Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression's mission is to defend and sustain the individual rights of all Americans to free speech and free thought — the most essential qualities of liberty. FIRE educates Americans about the importance of these inalienable rights, promotes a culture of respect for these rights, and provides the means to preserve them.
